Our counsellors are normally available 5 days per week. In general, you can expect your messages to be answered the same day or latest by the next business day. Please check your counsellor’s profile to see what time(s) of day you can expect to receive answers to your messages.
You can text your counsellor 24/7.
Just take it easy. You will get to know each other slowly and start moving towards your goals. Your counsellor will also set up a 20 minute live get-to-know-you session.
As many as you like.
Your counsellor will structure their answers in a way that best addresses the topics raised by you one by one.
You can schedule real-time sessions with any counsellor using the session booking function.
We believe chemistry is important so remember you can always change your assigned counsellor by using the change counsellor function and choosing from the available counsellors. You may also book a session with any counsellor who has session available. You may also share feedback about your counsellor via email to lavicahelpme@lavica.io.
You may cancel live sessions without penalty up until 24 hours before your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
